My friends and I went here for brunch around 11:30am and it was not very crowded. We ordered our food, and sat down at our table. I got my food about 10 minutes later and it was just okay, (the portions were small and the eggs were overcooked); however, my friends had been waiting almost an hour and their food had not been brought out yet. When we went to see what was going on, the hostess clearly could not have cared less about our situation. We then waited another 25 minutes for our food and when it had finally come the order was wrong. All in all it wasn't a very good experience, and we will not be going back. The only reason we decided on the Red Oak Cafe is because Pamela's was packed, I would've rather waited an hour for Pamela's food than go here again.
