  • We relocated from California and needed a mailbox. We tried a few USPS location in the area and a lot of their boxes were already taken. I called Tech Mail and spoken to Chuck over the phone a couple of weeks before we were back in Las Vegas. He was super helpful and tried to find a way that would best suit me, even suggested another business if that would help us getting a mail box without being there in person. I really appreciated the honesty and genuine help over the phone that we ended up coming to this store to open a mailbox for 6 months. Hopefully our home will be finished by then. The whole process was fast and they're easy to work with. They gave us the best deals, can't complain. Excellent customer service, I would recommend trying them out before checking other ones out.
