  • My review is for the management, not the techs. First of all, my first appointment was incredible. I immediately told all my girlfriends what a great experience I had and that they HAD to give them a try. THE ORIGINAL ISSUE: My second appointment I brought one of my girlfriends with me and we scheduled about a week in advance. I specifically asked for the same techs when I scheduled. When we got there, we waited 20 minutes to be sat. I was told I couldn't have the tech that I asked for because they got walk-ins and put them with them instead! They had us pick out our gel & SNS colors. Once they finished with my toes, they informed me they were out of the SNS color I had asked for. (I'm OCD in that I like my toes and fingernails to match). So I had to pick another color, which later I found out they were out of that one too. My pedicure ended before my nails got touched. Finally the front desk girl started on drilling my nails. She then got pulled aside and I was placed with another lady. About half way through with her I was then placed with ANOTHER lady who rushed through my nails and left them rough! (Later finding out it was Jennifer, the manager). My friend and I were there for over 3 hours. WHERE IT GETS WORSE: I asked to speak to a manager (ya, I was that lady). The gentleman (David?) at the front desk said she (Jennifer) wasn't in and to call her back tomorrow. So I called the next day and they said she wouldn't be in till after 4pm and they'd have her call me back. No call. I called the next day and they handed the phone to David who said he was the manager??? He said he would have to call Jennifer and talk to her to see about giving us a discount on our next service. No one called me back! This went on for a couple weeks! FINALLY I spoke to Jennifer and she said she would "take care" of our next service and booked my friend and I. So 3rd times a charm right? After our service, Jennifer tells me she was only going to take care of my SNS and my friend had to pay FULL PRICE for hers! Then she argued with me that she never said she was going to take care of my friend. Wow. We were both just so frustrated we agreed to never come back. The technicians are great. Just avoid the management at all costs.
