  • Wow, I just received a personal letter from the owner and a gift card so I can give them another try! I must admit, I'm impressed. I Yelp a lot, and I have never gotten that kind of response after leaving an honest review (I've more frequently gotten threats of lawsuits, not apologies!). The owner seemed very apologetic in her letter, and very concerned about our experience. If I'm in town again before my gift card expires I'll give them another shot.
