  • They make it extremely difficult to cancel your membership. If you move out of the area expect to have to make your way all the way back to the gym to cancel because you can't do it over the phone. The business model is clearly to get people signed up and then make it hard to cancel so they get you for years. Smart but a totally sleazy way to operate. As far as the gym goes, it's not bad for $15 a month. You get what you pay for, a $15 a month gym and that's about it.
