  • Beware!!! I used this company alone with their pool service company in AZ. The pool guys has been cheated on us with RPM. Charge us but didn't do anything. I found out the charge on my monthly statement 2 months after the bill date and found out they didn't do the job. I contact RPM send them all the pictures and ask them to explain why. The employee who handle my case name Suzie Huntington which ignore my email. I have to call in to ask her and she finally reply me back with the Poolman's number and tell me to call for myself to ask them. I refused to call and asked for an supervisor Rodd. The supervisor said The Poolman is a very huge company and staff like this would happens and he will track down the right guy and give me an answer on Monday. Than I got an email back from Suzie said the tenant refused the repair (which he didn't because I have asked the tenant) and it was never done and never charged as she also reviewed my year to date statement. I than send her back the statement with 2 charges and asked her to explain she than ignore it til now. I tried calling back for the supervisor and left him a voice message back he never returns either. Also I didn't hear anything back from him as he promised. I also paid over $2600 repair prior startup service 05/2016 and they charged me $500 to install a spa light didn't do it. I found out a month after only because RPM tried to charged me $900 more to fix the pool and told me the light was still hanging. I doubt they have done the other. They will not take care of your property and they won't even care nor even know if the job has been job or what they've charge you for. This company alone with The Poolman is just a cheating business!!!!!
