  • where do I begin, workers ruin my furniture with paint , box of tile that was given to me after I close is all cracked I request a new box for 9 mos no response then they tell me they don't make my tile anymore , no such thing as warrantee with these people, poor quality workmanship on all work preformed at my home, you guys promise all these perks and don't live up to anything you just want the money I will never recommend anyone to purchase a Richmond American home . ridiculous to say the least, the inspectors a joke, don't even do anything for you , very disappointed , done
