  • ABI helped me with my laptop stuck in restarting mode. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and find the root of the problem. He was professional, knowledgeable and down to earth. He discerned that it was a hard drive issue and my Lenovo is back to normal now. I appreciate guys like ABI who get to the root of the issue and do his job well. Instead of looking to make money off you, I could tell he was just a genuine guy who loves helping others and is great what he does. We need more highly experienced and honest guys like him.
