  • The complex is poorly maintained, sorry Joyce D., but the hot tub is often cold, the lights are often broken, the locks on the pedestrian gates are often broken (so anyone can walk onto the property and browser the cars for anything they may like to take). Reporting problems to the HOA results in them saying the Rental Company (Weidner) is looking at it, reporting problems to Weidner results in them saying "maintenance is looking at it". Things that should never break do and then it can take weeks or months for them to be fixed. Just terrible.
