  • I wish I would have read these reviews first before leasing my Jeep Grand Cherokee two years ago. The leasing experience was awful ... kept me there for over FOUR hours. I was with my 8 year old daughter for petes sake. Every time I said I hav to leave and I'd be back they'd say "ten more minutes". Needless to say I decided then to not engage this dealership again. But today I find myself waiting for a routine car maintenance which was included in the lease. Almost three hours waiting here. ZERO sense of urgency. This place literally doesn't care. I bet they shut down in the next two years. Better off not accepting the easy care service option and take it to jiffy lube. I wish ownership at this dealer would give a damn.... you can't treat customers like this!?
