I would recommend this Persian place. It is on par with Taftan kabob. Some dishes are cheaper and some more expensive than Taftan. The chicken breast kabob dinner is enough food for 2 people and is only $8.99 before tax. The koobideh kabob dinner which is also generous in portion is $7.99 pre-tax. The meat is bbqed upon order so expect to wait about 15 minutes for your order. You can wander around the store and pick up some freshly baked flat bread for under $2 or some black tea leaves. I love the saffron rice pudding for dessert. There is a small eat-in area if you want to have your food there.
