  • Yeah, yeah! Found another indie cafe that's in the 'burbs (besides Red Bulb in Stouffville)! I've been meaning to check this cafe out for awhile after seeing it on one of Jennifer K.'s lists. I finally made my way here with my sister and came to pick up an iced latte and something for myself. Originally I wanted to try the Cortado but they don't make it to go since it's served in a particular cup (...I think that was the reason, my memory is bad). Anyway, so I settled for an 8 ounce cappucino. It was the late afternoon pick up I needed. It went down smooth whereas I found other 8oz cappucinos I've had more bitter. My sister loved the latte - she said it a few times and was happy I took her to this place so she doesn't have to settle for the Starbucks when she's in the area. The space itself is open, very bright with its large windows and the barista was really friendly. Win for the indie cafe in the 'burbs.
