Pros: when an item is tailored they will make adjustments to that item for no additional cost. The seamstress you get is hit or miss and sometimes they disagree with each other on how it should be altered(which can be comical). Some are great and some average but since you can readjust until it's right it's just more of an inconvenience.
There is a large selection of suits, which gives you the opportunity to find a suit that fits your body. I recently purchased five suits and all of the pants continue to split at seems however they do repair those splits for no charge. If you catch a nice seamstress they will take care of it immediately if you catch one in a bad mood then you have to wait a week.
The recent remodel makes the store look better then before.
Cons: it's like walking onto a used car dealership on boulder highway, commission driven sales people that try and over sell extremely overpriced merchandise. They either have a high turn over with employees or transfer them around, very rarely see same employees. Typical suit there has an MSRP that is abnormally large to suggest your getting some smoking deal on the sale. Example MSRP $649 and today only get it for $199....
