| - We have been attending Fright Dome for several years with the VIP passes. Every year has been fantastic, except last year, we had a little issue. After contacting Ashlee with customer service, it was quickly addressed and made up for this year. After the problem we had last year, they went above and beyond anything we could have ever asked for or expected. They set my wife and I up with the most amazing host, Cindy R., she was training a new host (Stephanie J.) that night as well and I have no doubts she will be just as amazing. They were both extremely friendly and eager to please. Both of them genuinely made me feel like they wanted to give us the best time possible, making sure we weren't feeling rushed, making sure we didn't need drinks or food, offering bathroom breaks or just breaks to sit down and rest for a bit. Cindy even introduced us to her husband that works there, took us by the hearse and ambulance for us to get pictures and even sent me some additional photos. We had our doubts about attending again this year but I am thrilled that we did, this has been the best year yet. Next year, we will be booking early to make sure we can get one of the 2 fantastic guides we had this year. The customer service is outstanding, I have never had a company take such a serious interest in making things right. Another quick mention I would like to give is to our guide through the zombie maze. I didn't catch his name but he was awesome, he was pretty funny, he seemed like another really good kid, really happy and eager. The only advice I can give is to get the VIP tickets with a host, you don't want to wait in the lines, the lines are proof that they are doing something right, but if you have a few extra bucks to shell out its worth it.
