  • Had an issue with a tank I bought from them less than a month old. She said, " I can't take it back or I will take a loss". Good luck with that! I will never go back! That's why pinkspot and all the other companies have a good reputation. Take care of your customers and they will come back. NOTE, I did drop the tank. But when a tank is falling apart from what is clearly a manufacturing defect I would have expected to get a little more help than, "That sucks, better call the company" Whatever I guess, I will tell my friends. Funny enough I went to pinkspot after and they had a spare sitting around and gave it to me for free! So those of you buying things at 7 good luck and I hope you never drop your device or there is no such thing as warranty.
