  • I've been to happy valley nails 3 times and had bad experiences ALL 3 of them. 1.) cold pedicure water.. apparently they were "out" of water. Which is fine but I would have liked to be warned before I sat down and got started. 2.) got a bikini wax where she re-dipped the stick multiple times and when I questioned her she said that it was ok because the 'wax is hot' so it kills bacteria. THATS DISGUSTING and farrrr from true. 3rd and final time I was in a hurry and thought I'd give the pedicure/manicure another shot. The lady doing my pedicure didn't take all of the gel off of my toes so they were bumpy and uneven. And the woman who did my nails did a terrible job. So bad that the person checking me out asked to look at them and then asked if I liked them and I was honest and told her no, so she didn't charge me for them... (that's the extra star.) I'll never go back unfortunately
