  • I have been going to Cosmos for hair & my brows for 7-8 years. The salon has recently been sold & as a long time customer I'm not impressed. It's clear they want to turn the salon into a med day spa. I had an 8:15 am appt to get my brows done. I finally left at 8:35. There were no customers in the place, except of course, with the new esthetician who was already severely behind at 8:15 am. The new management has run off at least one of the long term estheticians, Margaret, who was awesome & had been there for over 11 years. Too bad. They've run off my business as well.
