This buffet is outstanding. It's one of the best in Vegas. I wouldn't say it is the absolute best, but definitely in the top.
There's a long wait to get in - no reservations for a buffet - but it is worth it. Once you get in, there's a fabulous selection of food and many tables.
They bump the pricing when it's holidays or during peak seasons. I've been here for breakfast for $21 on a Sunday and they were asking $40 during the holidays.
I've been here for lunch and had different foods for the first time like shark. They serve American, sushi, Japanese, Italian and Chinese dishes. They serve mimosas for brunch at an extra charge so tell them if you want the bubbly or not when there in the morning. The dessert options aren't that great.
They offer unlimited drinks now for $12.99 and that includes alcohol.
The food is clearly made fresh and throughout the day. There isn't a line to get your food, per se, as there are various stations to walk up to. Some have chefs to serve you and others are self-serve. The staff that clear your plates and provide beverages are fast and not always friendly but they are polite.
The atmosphere is good. The restaurant has the buffet look and feel obviously from the way the tables are set up and there's a lot of beige but you don't mind as much due to the good food.
Try it out during a Friday or Saturday night for dinner, when the best food is served in my opinion. They whip out several types of caviar, sushi, Ahi tuna and other food you don't see at a typical buffet.
