  • I brought my Mazda Miata in to have them install an aftermarket exhaust system. Pretty simple, right? They quoted me a competitive price so I said to go ahead. Turns out, it was anything but simple. The three bolts that secured the downpipe to the turbo housing snapped off and what should have been a two hour job turned into a three day job to get those bolts out. All through the process they kept me informed and while they did end up having to charge me more than the estimate, it was less than half of what it should have been. Matt did a great job in persevering through a very difficult repair and I can't say enough about the service and willingness to help out on the bill. Highly recommended.
