  • I recently went to Performance Automotive to install a custom Flowmaster exhaust on my Toyota Tundra. At the time of the original visit I wasn't completely satisfied with the way the work was completed. The store owner, Tony took the initiative to personally contact me. After speaking with him on the phone he asked me to clarify what I was unhappy with. After telling him about my concerns in regards to the custom exhaust, he asked me if I could drop the truck off at my convenience. With short notice, Tony was able to make time for me today to take a look at some of the concerns I had with my custom exhaust. With the assistance of Tony, Bill, and Paul they were able to modify my exhaust to the specifications I wanted. They did an excellent job at understanding my concerns and and working as a team to ensure I was satisfied. I would like to extend a thank you to Performance Automotive for satisfying me as a customer!!!
