  • Very friendly and knowledgeable staff- Came in for Christmas to get a standing rib roast that would feed 15 people, not only did they explain the whole process of deciding how many bones to get to my fiancĂ© and I, they also will age the meat for 21 days for you. We picked up the meat the day before Christmas- trimmed, aged and ready to go. The piece of meat was not a let down. Will absolutely be back!
