  • Professional, competent and helpful staff. They didn't have a car in my class, but Marcus gave me the choice of any SUV they had, which was fine. I dropped the car off at the airport when I was done, with no surprises, and again, professional, competent staff. I felt comfortable dealing with them and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. The only gripe is that the tank was not full, as mentioned in previous posts. This is the only enterprise location I've used that did not fill the tank first. (They don't pick up on Saturdays, but it was a short taxi ride from the hotel).
