We were so excited to try this restaurant. Unfortunately, they have some serious management issues they need to address.
1. We arrive on time for our reservation for two and we were told the computers were down. The restaurant wasn't busy, but we had to wait at least 15 minutes before being seated. Can't they seat people without the use of a computer?
2. Table-side mozzarella was awesome (reason to earn 1 star )
3. My husband ordered snapper. Cooked on the outside, raw on the inside (in other words, frozen).
Solution : they take the same raw fish, and cook it AGAIN. Now the outside of the fish is like rubber.
They could have offered a new meal entirely, but didn't. They did offer a dessert or salad, but his dinner was ruined so who wants that?
If they were smart about customer relations they would have offered a new meal or something to encourage us to return.
Sorry, but this place didn't live up to the hype, and is overrated!!
