I stayed in Caesar's Palace in January 2015 and knew we had to give this place a whirl. We stopped by for a late lunch, and right from the start I knew the food was going to be delicious. Our waitress knew everything you could possibly know about the dishes offered there. The atmosphere was nice, but nothing fancy -- space was limited since it's inside Caesar's Palace, and the entry to the restaurant is open and wide, so you can do all the people-watching you want as tourists and gamblers trot by. It was quiet when we ate there, with a couple of other people scattered here and there. I enjoyed the *#@& out of my chicken pesto sandwich on mint bread. I would definitely go back to this restaurant to try something else if I could, because there were lots of interestingly-titled dishes screaming at me on the menu. Yay for Gordon Ramsay.
