  • I have done business with Sitwell Upholstery several times over the last 20 years. I have never had a problem and I always enjoy the family run business atmosphere there. On our most recent visit we purchased fabric to cover our dining room chairs with the intent of doing the work myself. After looking over the project and deciding this was not a job for a beginner we took the cushions and the fabric back to Sitwell and was quoted a price to install we found agreeable and left the cushions there. We got a call two weeks later (as promised) saying our cushions were ready for pickup. The job was done very nicely and I was pleased with how the large pattern was laid out exactly the same on each cushion. Thank You. Today which is about 2 weeks after pickup I received a phone call from Frank, the owner of Sitwell himself who is now semi-retired asking if everything was satisfactory. What a surprise that in today's busy way of life that someone still cares enough about their customers to call and make sure they are completely satisfied. Thanks for a good experience.
