  • Wonderful experience today and cannot tell enough people. I wish I would have got the guys name but totally spaced it. Anyway, my laptop was not turning on or charging. I had a felling it was the power supply but decided to bring it in to be sure. He took the adapter, ran the volt meter on it and that was it. He searched through some drawers and found a compatible one and handed it to me. I asked what the damages were expecting somewhere around $50-60. He said it's yours, just leave a good review online so here I am. He also offered a drink on the way out. I was just shocked. All the horrible stories you hear in this world make you go around expecting the worst and it is so rare to have someone just help you out. Definitely got a customer the next time I need something. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
