  • Allow me to first say; the only reason I am even giving one star is due to the staff there; the young lady behind the counter Sunday Afternoon; August 29 2015 @1pm was absolutely amazing... she was very friendly and really welcomed my daughter and I.. Even more daughter said something about how great it was to be welcomed in the store as we were.. so thank you for that!! Now..... I have to be completely honest; I was super excited about going here and getting cupcakes... After watching, as bad as it sounds; DC Cupcakes on HULU, I thought that this was perfect to go to SAS in Blakney to get my "fix" I have been craving..... I should have not gone at all; at least not here. The cupcakes were awful. I definitely could have done a better job myself. It was almost like the cupcakes were day old *Or OLDER* as much as they cost I certainly expected to get something that was going to be moist and flavorful.... The cupcakes were crumbling due to being dry, the cupcakes weren't moist at all. not even the red velvet which I wanted so badly. I bought 1/2 a dozen costing me about $17 which makes me sick just thinking that I spent so much money on something so bad! *We ate them the same day so they certainly didn't sit at my house and NO ONE liked them. I can say that they were pretty but the quality and taste was HORRIBLE. I truly wich there was some way to get my money back and/or another 1/2 dozen that actually are fresh and taste good, because I would definitely change or amend this review, but I know that won't happen... I just won't go back. *I have 3 more at home and trust me they won't get eaten... the taste isn't worth the calorie intake.... * Signed; Sadly Disappointed Spring B
