  • I was very pleased with Autonation at this Scottsdale location. I was actually at a different dealership when I called. The west valley dealership I was haggling with was really trying to take advantage of me. That's when I called Autonation, I talked with with the head of sales and he made note that they Do Not add a bunch of garbage fee's on there vehicles. Comparing the two dealerships he was right! Barret was my Sales Gentlemen not salesman and he went out of his way to help the negotiations and information. All in All nobody likes dealing all day to buy a car which I spent 5 hrs at the west valley location and getting nowhere, to dealing with Autonation Ford and buying a car in 2 hrs with keys in hand and happy with my purchase. I give them 5 stars for process, honesty, and simplicity
