  • I have used Vaughn Auto Glass twice now and I can honestly say their customer service is great. Blake was great at checking in and keeping me informed of the approval from my insurance company. One of the drawbacks is they call you every couple of months to see if you need any chips sealed or if you need a new windshield, but I'm sure other companies do that same thing. And as a review below me posted, they tried to 'sell' me on their religion and gave me the exact flyer described below. I understand being a proud Christian but there is a time and place for that and this definitely was not it. It was awkward and made me question if I wanted to use a company that tried to push their religious beliefs on me but in the end I gave them my business and they have done a fantastic job both times.
