I've been an Amazon Prime member for many years and have never had an issue receiving any order from USPS, FedEx or UPS... but the one time my order was handled by Ontrac their tracking states delivered at front porch at 5:30pm - which did not occur. Two calls to Customer "Service" resulted in being told that since it shows the package was delivered I need to contact Amazon for a refund or replacement. I explained the urgency surrounding this package, that I did not have time for a replacement to be shipped out and asked if they could please contact their driver to see exactly where they left the package and I'd go get it myself. The first lady was rude and insinuated that since it shows delivered to my address it was now an issue between me and Amazon, the second lady was much more polite but still would not help me. While on the phone the second time, my neighbor from down the road delivered my opened package to me - it had been delivered to her house, not my house as insisted upon by both women on the phone. My home prominently displays my house number TWICE, it also has security cameras rolling at all times... I'm disgusted by the mishandling of property I have paid for, the lack of customer service and the obvious ineptitude of Ontrack delivery drivers. If they can't match an address label to a home that clearly displays it's address TWICE, I have no interest in Ontrac handling any of my business. I placed a call to Amazon requesting that this carrier never be used to handle items I have purchased, they submitted a complaint to Amazon's shipping department and I will never consider utilizing this company for any reason ever in the future and will ensure none of my business partners do either. If it's important to you, it's not to Ontrac... that should be this company's motto. AVOID.
