  • We used Cheaper Window a year ago, then had the same window break again (dogs!!) and called them again, they quoted me the same price I paid one year ago, but when they arrived to do the job they wanted to charge me an extra $50. When I called out of frustration the manager offered to "split the difference" which was nice, but not what I was looking for. I felt that I was being played as I had used the company before and paid the lower price for the same window. But all in all, the installation looks great, Phil was mostly friendly, and I will probably use them again, because they are highly competitive with their pricing!
