  • We just had our Black Hat security installed today, and we couldn't be happier with the process and the products! My husband compared this company to Cox and ADT and they were able to give us more product for less, and we didn't have to go under a contract. Cameron and Courtney were fantastic to aid in selecting the best options for us and answer all of our questions. We had two technicians out for install today and they called prior to arrival, were on time, wore booties in the house, and were extremely respectful and knowledgeable! They took their time to do an overview of our house and our needs/wants. Then seemlessly and efficiently installed our equipment. Even when I was a bit picky on where I wanted a sensor, JD was responsive and worked with me to select a both practical and attractive space for the sensor. I especially liked that they fished the electrical elements for the keypad through the wall. After installation, they provided us an in-depth overview of how the system works including online, the app, and the keypad and answered all our questions. We are thoroughly impressed with Black Hat at every point thus far and we would highly recommend them to anyone!!
