Being a first timer here I was amazed by the people making the ice cream. It was cool watching your ice cream being made from fresh fruits.
I ordered mango and pineapple, after waiting about 5 minutes my order was up. One of the ice cream server poured my liquid blended fruit onto the pan. From there he began the process of mixing the blend and each time he would mix it by chopping, flipping and slapping the "putty knife"? The liquid blend started to look more like an ice cream. Once it was done he scooped it up and put it into our cups. I wish it was like the videos I've seen online where they put it into a roll instead of a scoop like regular ice cream.
Now for the taste review. I got mango and pineapple. The fact it was real blended fruit the texture was pretty slimy but that's just me. I never had freshly blended fruit ice cream so it's definitely not the same as regular ice cream. I tasted the mango which was sweet but the sourness of the pineapple was there also which almost killed my mood just a bit. I was craving the sweet more so the pineapple was a thumbs down for me. The pineapple must have not been ripe or I had the bitter end.
Overall the place was nice and entertaining somewhat. Just watching a couple guys make ice cream chopping, slapping, and flipping the ice cream being made was interesting but YouTube made it more interesting in Asia where I've seen it before coming here.
I recommend this place if you haven't seen anything like this. Stuffs you up with fresh fruit I've cream.
