  • Love everything about this place, especially the staff and trainers! Was very nervous to go as I am in horrible shape (and that isn't an exaggeration, just a simple truth) and wasn't sure what type of exercises they would be doing. Once I got there, they had the trainer for my 1st session walk me through what they typically do, ask me questions not only about my fitness level and target, but my concerns and even showed me how to use main machines (rower and treadmill) - which eliminated most of my stress right of the bat! What's great is the class is structured for you to challenge yourself and the trainers are there for support (not yelling or calling people out.) Also as a side note, for those that are still nervous, if you have any issues, the trainers will provide an alternate exercise for you (which I only had to use once or twice!) I've signed up and would recommend to everyone! Basically: Clean, Friendly and a Great Workout!
