  • Car rented from Alamo in Charlotte had a problem with a tire or wheel which made a horrendous droning noise which we had to endure for 8 hours - a truly horrible experience. In addition the outlets didn't work for GPS use, the car had trash in it which had not been removed, and the seats were stained. The car should never have been rented in its condition. Alamo staff in Charlotte were brusque and unconcerned.
