  • The AC went out at my 86 year old mother's Sun City home and we did have to wait a while for a technician to get there but that is to be expected in the heat of the summer. When Shawn did arrive he was awesome. He installed just the parts that was needed and diagnosed the problem quickly and was just an all around great guy and my mother was very happy with the service and the price. We will definitely call them again if we have anymore ac problems.
