  • I usually do not go the 5 star route but this small oasis of Japanese Cuisine nestled inside a strip mall is nothing short of spectacular. While the menu is a bit of a mystery when you first look at it, trust in the chef is quickly and handsomely rewarded. The omakase only menu was literally perfection on a plate (well plates). From fresh seafood that tasted like it was caught this afternoon to Kobe that I can honestly say tasted better than anything I have ever tried. All that before some spectacular sushi and a surprise dessert of custard and fruit. Perfect service , portions and timing in a relaxed and casual setting. What else could you ask for.
