  • I can't speak to the customer service but only to the taste. I just had a delicious piece of cake at a wedding. I didn't snap a pic of the cake before it was cut but the design was gorgeous and the bride squealed with happiness. The cake was full of flavor and the frosting wasn't overwhelmingly sweet. I would certainly check them out for my future cake orders!
