  • I paid $800 as down payment for carpet materials and installation. The work was never done and the owner (Crystal DeJordy) never refunded my down payment. Now I can't even reach her by telephone. What's more, the estimate area was exaggerated. She said the room area was 75 square yards when it only measured 56 square yards.
