  • I had been in contact with Luiz, the owner, for about a week to prepare for our move out of state. He has been super flexible when we had issues with our moving truck suddently not being available for a half day after our original reservation, which pushed everything back by quite a bit of time. He has been more than accommodating and is super quick on communicating through Yelp. The price was fair and the best I found in my search. Our carpets look great now that he and his team deep cleaned them and got some considerable pet hair out. Oh, and it took less than an hour to get 2 standard rooms, an extra large loft, a pretty large master with walk in closet, and set of stairs. Thanks for your help, Luiz! :) just stop looking and get Luiz to come to your home.
