This review is long overdue.
To be fair, I think the service and quality is fine- that is, when you DINE IN.
For take out, their drive thru service is horrendous. I can't count how many times they've messed up my order. Be sure to check your order before leaving the lot!!
Once I ordered a Hot Vanilla (under kids menu- like Hot Chocolate but uses their vanilla powder)- well they thought I meant Vanilla Coffee and gave me that- when I checked my order I stated that I didn't order coffee- woman at the window apologizes and switches it out for the kids drink, but did not adjust the PRICE, so I ended up still paying for a regular sized coffee.
Another time they neglected to let me know there was an extra charge for a drink (and written nowhere on the drive thru menu board)....
And Then today my husband (bless his heart - he's a wonderfully loyal creature of habit) went to the drive thru and they gave us a blueberry muffin instead of gluten free carrot, which is basically inedible for the gluten-intolerant. I don't even know if there's a price difference (probably). I wasn't there so couldn't correct it.
I complained to the corporate office about previous mix ups, and they said this franchise would get back to me ASAP.
Hm, it's been 4 months and still radio silence...
I think I'll start going to another branch just to avoid any further mishaps at this drive thru.
