  • This place would be perfect if it wasn't so expensive. I stayed with a friend here and he had a 2 bedroom and paid $1700. Also another friend of mine paid $1300 for a single bedroom. For Las Vegas those are both house payments on a 2/3 bedroom. Other than that this place has it all. Awesome pool w/ beautiful scenery :) The hot tub and there is a fire pit in the middle of it all with 2 grills. Also cabanas on the outskirts. The clubhouse has a pretty nice gym with a little automated shop and a pool table with other games around. Included in the $$$ you pay they have a security system, cable/internet, and you can leave your trash outside your door and someone picks it up apparently. Everyone seems really nice that I have seem around the complex. There is a little dog park and the landscaping is very nice. The complex location is off tropicana and the 215 hwy. Unfortunately to get in there is only 1 way and its a one way road. Thats kind of a pain but you learn to deal with it. If they lowered the price I would give this place 5 stars. The apartments themselves are nice! pretty spacious and they seem to be pretty noise friendly
