On my first visit several years ago I was pretty psyched that a gluten free menu was available. And in fact, the gluten free options I tried were pretty good. Here it is years later and I am handed the same 4X6 wrinkled up, tired gluten free menu. Meanwhile I have watched new selections like the wok bowl and seasonal items come and go on the main menu. I did order the asian chopped salad and it was a flavorless bowl of lettuce with some shredded carrots and tomatoes. Oh! And a blob of plain shredded chicken sat in the middle of the bowl. C'mon Pei Wei! Gluten free asian fusion is not difficult. Almost all of the recipes except the deep fried options can be made gluten free with Gluten Free Soy Sauce. Probably will not be returning any time soon.
