  • This is the best property management company I've had the pleasure of working with. In the more than three (3) years I rented with them, everything was as easy as apple pie. This team makes viewing rentals, getting started and moving out a breeze. Personable assistance, quick turnaround on issues, and equal treatment are just a few things that stand out to me. Even through the unavoidable issues that can occur when renting (things breaking, water issues, HOA troubles), I never once felt like I was left out to dry because I was "just a tenant". I recently had to move out due to circumstances (not fault of this company) and had to start with a new property management company. I really wish I hadn't left because I expected their high level of service to be the standard but quickly found out that Nevada Desert Realty is a shining example of how a property management company should be run. Not all property management companies are made the same. If you have a chance to buy, rent, or work with this company, take it and run since you will receive incomparable service that is hard (if not impossible) to find elsewhere.
