  • The owner is an absolute joke. He is strictly giving out a weight loss plan that is used all over the country. My friends back home were doing the same "FTDI" plan. I signed up back in February for the challenge and they took my deposit right away. After the challenge when I did my final re weigh in, I didn't get my money back for another month! That was the end of May. It took me many numerous unanswered phone calls, unanswered emails, complaints to the BBB oh Charlotte, and I finally got my deposit back at the end of May. In case you think your money is tied up for 6 weeks, it is way wrong. It is tied up for 4 months!!! This guy does not know how to run a business or take responsibility for anything. I understand he was in the hospital, but giving out the refund checks needs to be handed down to someone else. If that person can't do it, then it goes to the next person. They refused to answer any Facebook comments in the group about when the re weigh in was or when we could get our money back, yet they were glad to post information about upcoming challenges and accept more money. They are quick to take your money but they are in no rush to give it back, which makes me think what they really do with your deposit. It took so long that it seems they spent my money and didn't have It set aside to give it back. Do not trust this man. He is a horrible business person following the same workout/weight loss plan used around the entire country. Google 6 week 20 lb weight loss challenge in other cities if you don't believe me.
