  • If only there were negative stars; my experience with Henderson has been a nightmare. I have NEVER been late with a payment, but because there was a carryover balance from a previous management company (which was because something wasn't taken out of escrow, properly), Henderson assessed a late fee on my account for 2 months, before they even told me I was "behind." They didn't even provide a notification that they were charging late fees; the previous management company didn't. I guess that's because the previous management company wasn't primary concerned with pumping it's residents for cash...
