  • Have been going to this auto spa and oil change place for about 2 years with C grade quality and service but they are fast so I always just dealt with the sub par work they did on car detailing etc as time is money. however recently I took in 1 one of 3 of my vehicles to the big grumpy guy in the oil change bay and usually I have them run an engine cleaner through my motor before changing the oil and the half dozen times they have done it in the past with the little old guy running the show there has never been a problem. I bring my own oil my own filter I just pay them $20.00 to do the labor but today this big grumpy guy who seemed to hate his job wanted $60.00 to do the same service I have had numerous times in the past for $20.00. I left called in to talk to the manager and he could have cared less about the grump upsetting customers in the oil change bay so I found BIG O Tires at cave creek and the 101 and ever since I bought a set of tires from them they change my oil filters and oil for FREE !! Sorry cobblestone it's all about the little things !! 1 star Also there car wash guy isn't any better horrible customer service and attitude and I would say unless all you need is your car hoses off then all the grime covered up in armorall go elsewhere !!
