  • I first heard about DiCarlo's through my boyfriend, he had told me how the pizza here was different than all the other pizza places around. It definitely is different, the cheese and all the topping are put on after the pizza and the sauce has baked in the oven(there's history behind the methodology which is interesting). It seems really strange at first, but it really is delicious. The owner is really friendly, and the food is always hot and fresh. You get to sit around a bar and watch your delicious food be made. It's a fantastic place to get quality food. My boyfriend and I eat there regularly, the quality has always been superb!
