Bought a washing machine from Brian the Sales Manager. When I came into the store I told him about one that was on their web page for $599. He looked it up on their web page and said, " yes we can order that one for you." Receipt even says "ordered." Delivery was to be the next day. When the delivery guy showed up he had a washer wrapped in shrink wrap, not in a box. I asked the delivery guy if it was brand new and he told me it was from their warehouse. There was a dent on the lid and scratches. The silver tub on the inside of the washer was dingy and had something that looked like dark coffee or soda spots all in it. The top where the panel is had dusty/rust all along the seam. I told the delivery guy that I was not going to accept it, I told him to take it back. With in an hour I showed up in front of Brian - the Sales Manager back at the store. I confronted him concerning the washer and told him that he needed to give me a brand new one from the box or refund my money. He told me that it was a brand new one that was a floor model. I told him that it was never disclosed to me that I had bought the floor model and not a brand new one that was being ordered for me. Unfortunately, he refunded my money due to it being the only one that they had and apparently could not order me a new one AND the ad for this sale has been removed from the web site. I will not return to Mesa Appliance to buy any other appliances especially being that it was the SALES MANAGER who pretty much lied to me to make a sale! I am definitely one unsatisfied customer! No attempt was made to make it right....just a refund and sent me on my way.
