| - It was my Bachelors of Science in Project Management graduation gift from my fiancé, Tony. I love a great steak, since I was raised in a Slaughting Ranch in Mexico with my Grandparents. I know a great steak. Paloma was our wonderful waitress, very knowledgeable about the the manner in which they age the beef, when they cut the steaks, and with what they grill it. When the steak arrived it was accompanied by grilled vegetables, and a loaded baked potato, which the exterior had been rolled in seasalt while baking. The steak was grilled perfectly, mouth watering tender piece of heaven. I would be remiss if I do not mention the rolls of tender Brisket snuggled in a deep fried flour tortilla, it had a wonderful taste of Carne Machaca, so tasty. We completed the scrupulous dinner with a very light dessert of a pineapple drink. The drink arrived in a beautiful hollowed out pineapple. The drink was so refreshing and yet not too sweet. Donny, the Manager was so hospitable, made us feel like family, or regulars. We will return. I would highly recommend making a reservation. Thank you for a memorable graduation gift. Delia,
